Background and Values

Stacey was raised in rural Southland, where her deep love of the land and connection to rural communities began. Her experience co‑founding an environmental management consultancy gives her practical insight into the pressures of running a small business and maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, being outdoors, whether its camping, fishing or horse riding. This connection helps shape her grounded, down‑to‑earth approach to counselling.
